Description

Before the '70s, Mersin was used to being a stop for scheduled sea trips to Turkey. But after transport operators have reduced their cruise prospects, it is no longer a stop for scheduled trips. Instead, it should now be a stage in international yacht tourism. The old marina, which was actually part of the port of Mersin, was insufficient for yacht traffic. While the old marina is now considered 1994. In 2006, the operating rights were entrusted to the ERS company, as part of a transfer-construction-construction project. Facilities The marina has two breakwaters: the west dam is 1,140 m 3,740 feet and the leew dam is 265 m (869 ft). There are two days, one for each breakwater. The surface of the marina is 145,000 square meters (1,560,000 square feet), while the closed water surface is 160,000 square meters (1,700,000 square feet). The total length of the mooring of the marina is 2,500 m 8,200 feet, which allows the mooring of 500 yachts.
