Description
Thanks to its stratetic position in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, Capo D'Orlando Marina is destined to become a crown jewel and an important reference point for yachting and nautical tourism in Sicily. In addition to a wide range of services, this modern marina includes a tourist pedestrian path leading to the old Cave del Mercadante, a beautiful archaeological site whose rocks are used to build treadmills. The marina was open in July 2017 with 553 berths for boats from 7.5 to 40 metres in length. With a seabed ranging from 3.5 to 5 metres, the total extension of the marina is about 183,000 square metres. Surrounded by modern beautiful buildings, the port faciity also offers a garage, a boat storage area, a coffee bar, a mini market, many shops, a Club House and a large restaurant characterized by a beautiful glazed dome
