Marina Cala Dei Normanni  

Situated at the western edge of the Gulf of Palermo, in the Arenella district, Cala dei Normanni is a small marina located just 4 km far from Palermo. The maritime and railway station are just 3 and 5 km away respectively.

The area where the current marina raises has a long and honourable history: an important meeting place of cultures, the area still preserves the ramains of ancient and modern settlements and interesting itinenaries conceived to enable visitors to discover and explore the territory.

Cala dei Normanni is mainly devoted to ribs and boats up to 10 metres in length. It offers 90 berths on both fixed and floating jetties, all equipped with water, electricity and compressed air columns for ribs in summer. In winter, on the contrary, the port is equipped with a cement quay which can host up to 15 boats.

Services included 24h/24 mooring assistance, haulage and launch until 16:00 and a well-equipped garage for maintenance works and repairs, open even in summer and on public holidays. The port is also equipped with a boat storage area of 5,000 square metres which can host 200 boats.

The mouth of the port is located 2 miles north of the port of Palermo and consists of two different basins: the new basin is situated on the East while the entrance to the old basin is on the West. A white lighthouse clearly marks the entrance of the marina.

Furthermore, yachtsmen can benefit from a coffee bar, an internet point, some diving centres, real boats and jet skis, free Wi-Fi connection and a private parking.
