Club Nàutico Cambrils 

On October 23, 1964, the Club Nàutic Cambrils was legally established. With the approval of the statutes, in 1965 the first works of the Club Nàutic Cambrils began. Following the guidelines of Josep Espinet, engineer of the port, the Club Náutic Cambrils settled on the beach near the airport, between the dam and the Levante pier. The Club Náutic Cambrils celebrated its 50 years of history in 2014. Part of the success of achieving this number lies in the founders, who had the initiative and the ability to put it into operation. And to all the members of the commissions who have dedicated time and work to support and management. But also to all those people who have participated as partners, athletes, collaborators or companies that work and who have guaranteed an active club day by day, with successes to be celebrated at all levels. Currently the Club Nàutic Cambrils lives a sweet moment in its history. And its 50th anniversary coincided with the organization of important events such as the Catalan Sailing Week, the largest nautical competition in Catalonia, which welcomed over 460 participants and almost 400 boats.
