In 2013, the Girona regional planning committee approved the special plan of the port of Cala Canyelles, which consolidated the planned development of the land area. on the basis of this plan, the port construction project was subsequently approved, which covers the execution of a second project, which has already been completed. During the past year a new social building has been built, as well as others to protect the entrance to the port, the floor has been renovated, the connection to the municipal network of new telecommunications services, electricity, water, gas, sewage and ramp of launch. On the other hand, the Department of the Tes has elaborated the attribution of the port of access road to the average port of the beach, that is the only possible one that is used from the construction of the port.
