Description
Ports in the Marche region
The tourist port of Marina Dorica was built close to the harbour of Ancona and it represents a perfect strategic point for all yachtsmen who desire to sail and explore the Conero Riviera.
The tourist dry dock of the port is protected by an embankment, a small souther inner breakwater and a northern outer one.
The marina offers 1280 berths on 20 different piers and 2 quays (ranging from 7.5 up to 20 m) for boats of all sizes and categories, in addition to 258 additional berths aground.
Even if Marina Dorica is currently one among the largest marinas in the Marche region (and in Italy, in general), the structure will be probably enlarged and equipped with an additional new dry dock.
