Bocca Di Magra 

Located at the mouth of the namesake river, within the Regional Natural Park of Montemarcello, that of Bocca di Magra is a well-equipped marina.

Bocca di Magra offers many restaurants and shops in a quite area where you can enjoy relaxing walks on the promenade of the town or in the small beach. Furthermore, many tourist ferries leave from Bocca Magra to Punta Corvo, Lerici, Portovenere and Cinque Terre.

You can even rent a boat or a rib to explore the beautiful Gulf of La Spezia.

Thanks to its proximity to Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Poets, that of Bocca di Magra can be considered as an excellent reference point for yachtsmen desiring to enjoy a cruise along this strecth of coast.

By keeping the left, sailing and motor boats can even sail upriver until the bridge, after which they have to move on the right side of the river.

Since it is located out of the Gulf of La Spezia, the marina is rather exposed to winds, especially south-eastern sirocco which can be sometimes very insidious. When it blows, in fact, the marina is sheltered by a floating barrier called Ondarail which ensures a greater safety.

The marina is quite visibile even from a long distance. Since it is located close to the town, the marina is part of a restricted area, where you can have a walk or a riding in peace.

The maganemen office of the marina often organizes excusions to discover the hinterland.

The marina can receive 256 boats and 20 mooring places are reserved for transiting boats. Among services, the structure offers weather reports, mooring assistance, waste collection on the quay, toilets, showers, water, electricity, daily and night videosurveillance and free WiFi, in addition to a drugstore, an ATM, pet services and assistance for disabled people. The distance between the parking and the marina is covered by golf cars.
