Description
The large coastal town of Port-Barcarès, which has obtained the Blue Flag and Kid Station tourism brands, is located on the coast of the Eastern Pyrenees and has a huge sandy beach that stretches for eight kilometers. During the summer it offers the possibility to practice many water activities, especially sliding, for adults and children. To see, the Lydia, a boat stranded since 1967 that houses a casino, a restaurant and a nightclub. Nearby, we also recommend a walk along the beach in the Allée des Arts, dotted with contemporary sculptures.
