Description
Ports of Croatia - The Split port.
Located in central Dalmatia, Split is the third largest Mediterranean port (by number of passengers). Thanks to the strategic position it enjoys, being located close to the city market in the center, and attracts the interest of tourists. Split (Split) is also Croatia's second largest city, as well as the first of Dalmatia. The portion available for pleasure boats is located to the left, next to the fuel distributor, while the eastern harbor area is the merchant, dedicated to ferries and liner ships.
The marina offers 30 boat landings and 335 moorings at sea. It can accommodate superyachts up to 80 meters long.
At 25 Km there is the Split International Airport.
The coastal ferry line Rijeka - Dubrovnik is connecting the city to Ancona and the various surrounding islands of Dalmatia.
