Description

The St Roch's beautiful creek, later known as Port Vauban, is the largest port in terms of extension, of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a tourist and commercial port, protected by the breakwater Digue de Large.

The port structure consists of:

  • Old Port
    • Outer port
    • The so called Bassin de Grande Plaisance: to the south east of this, there are mooring berths for large pleasure craft, north-west moorings are reserved for smaller sized boats
    • Saint Roch Cove

The harbor contains a total of 1642 berths, distributed in 3 areas. All berths are equipped with power supply. It can accommodate large yachts.
