Description
The port of Giulianova - Abruzzo
Situated between the mouths of river Tordino and Salinello, the port of Giulianova is generally used by fishing and recreational boats.
Its northern dock is completely covered by a quay reserved for fishing boats, while the southern one can receive recreational boats.
Before entering the structure, sailors are required to contact the local maritime Bureau on VHF channel 16. In case of strong winds blowing from the first and fourth quadrant, be careful since entering the port might be difficult and dangerous.
Both the two docks are equipped with water, electricity and fire-fighting systems.
