Rio Yachts Colorado 44

The Colorado 44 reproduces many details of the predecessor, the successful Rio 42 Air, but with completely new sizes, layout and lines.

It's a 14-metre sporty rich performing hard top.

The teak cockpit is really unique: wide (8 square metres) and completely "flat", it is perfectly linked to the wheel house in order to favour the enjoyment of interiors and conviviality.

Furnished with a large sofa, two tables (the external one can be converted into a sun pad), a folding tv and a comfortable external galley equipped with sink, glass-ceramic stoves, fridge and microwave oven, it is divided by a folding door that, when closed, allows to enjoy air-conditioned in hottest days, in addition to closing the hull more safely or providing with more privacy. On the contrary, when it is open, the door almost disappears on the right creating a unique open space.

The wheel house features a crystal sliding ceiling, a lateral porthole and long side glass walls which flood it with air and natural light.

The astern swimming platform is spacious and equipped with a hydraulic closing system for an easy tender/watercraft launch.

Interiors include a customizable sofa area (with the possibility to create a laundry room, a studio, an additional galley and so on), three cabins (6 beds) and two bathrooms. The whole is flooded with light by lateral huge glass walls.

The boat is equipped with Cummins QSB 6.7 engines which ensure low consumption and great speed. As an alternative, customers can even ask for a Volvo Penta D6 370 stern-drive motorization.
