Ranieri International Predator 222

Predator 222 features a composite design thanks to a lower deck which houses two people and a forward sunbathing area located on the deck house, while for the rest, fishermen needs are fulfilled especially inside the cockpit. 

The latter holds a folding sofa located on the diagonal topside which can be used during navigation or turned down during fishing in order to take up a minimal amount of space. Likewise, an open passageway on port leads into the engines and platforms; one of these is provided with a ladder, and both are also usable for considerable fishes embarkations. The sofa holds a compartment also usable for the single standard battery or both standard and additional ones.  

The cockpit houses four insulated fish tanks provided with an outboard exhaust for each one and also usable for live fish. Two ones are located on the topsides boards and both are provided with smoked transparent tops: the bigger has a capacity of 95 liters, while the smaller with a capacity of 50 liters, is located on the opposite side together with a sink and a cutting board, two useful accessories to prepare the lures and clean the fish.   

Finally, two further 84-liter tanks are located underneath two little sofas behind the pilot’s seats. The boat doesn’t lack for space to keep fish so, you just have to hope for a lucky fishing! The cockpit enjoys a particular spaciousness especially by closing the sofa, so it can reach a length of 150 centimeters starting from the steering gear, and a breadth of 160 centimeters. The upper boards are padded, while two big scuppers are angularly positioned between the flooring and the astern topside in order to empty the water out of the diamond-cut and non-slip planking. The cockpit can hold both fresh and salt water installations provided with a pipes efficient attachment as well as the winches and electric tumblers sockets, two always more popular musts.  

The steering gear can be sheltered by an optional hard top provided with lights and enclosed by a stainless steel moldings windshield. The dashboard is located on starboard and provided with a silk-screen printed panel also suitable for big displays, check panel, engines equipments, compass and rudder provided with an automated wheel house. A wooden footrest is located at the bottom of it and useful for the standing driving. The comfortable pilot’s seat is next to the copilot’s one. They can be regulated both upwards and forwards and provided with forward cushions which can be raised in order to be used as a lumbar support for the standing driving. On the passenger’s side, the console is replaced by a glasses and cans compartment.  

A well visible and capacious watertight grating locker also holds a further standard bilge pump. It is an useful compartment to store various on-board equipments and rod holders when they are not used. The bow is reachable by some steps placed between the cockpit and 16-centimeter passageways. This area also houses the scope of the cable, a wooden central step directly installed on the steel railing, the Ranieri International customizable bitts and the deck house which can be partially provided with padded seats in order to transform it in a sunbathing area usable by the owner's family or for a cruise. Finally, a sliding door next to the pilot seat leads into the 1.44-meter high forward cabin provided with a 1.84 meter by 1.88 modular double bed. An optional seaworthy WC provided with a sewage tank can be installed inside a specific locker below the cushions. The flooring is made of light oak; the standard version features grey and black colored fabrics, while the Luxury version stands out for pearly black or copper-colored upholstery. The ventilation is ensured by a central skylight and some port-holes located on the topsides.
