Azimut Yachts Azimut 66 Dragon

Azimut 66 Dragon is the first Dragon collection model followed by Azimut 70 Dragon and Azimut 80 Dragon, designed by Azimut Style Department, while Azimut 88 Dragon has been designed by Achille Salvagni Architetti. It is the first project arisen to provide Asiatic customers and Chinese particularly. Therefore, the designers’ main purpose was to develop the “being together” and sociality concepts which play an important role inside oriental countries life style. So, the yacht provided with a large dining room, enjoys also games and karaoke areas enriched in according to Italian style characterized by finishing and details designed with maximum care. The privacy has been also guaranteed by separating guest areas to crew ones.

The main deck is marked out for the dining room, furnished with a rounded table on a lightly raised level; it is located next to the living room provided with sofas in order to create a spacious place dedicated to the sociality.

The lower deck is dedicated to the relax thanks to three spacious cabins. In fact, a further one for children or last moment guests exists beyond the ship owner’s and guests cabins. The galley, extremely spacious, is located at the end of staircases connected to the main deck so it makes easier to reach the dining table in the main deck. Since it is a boat to satisfy specific customers with same precise needs, the boat center, instead of two cabins, is provided with an area furnished with a Mahjong table and a karaoke professional system; there are also further relaxing areas provided with comfortable sofas with inner bar area. The rooms elegantly and functionally furnished can be also used for private or business meetings.

The interior is characterized by décor elegance and refinement. In fact, light matt ivory-colored wood and cream dove-grey colors alternate with varnished elements with shiny and dark wood details; so, games of light and shades prevail creating an original contrast. Therefore, the care in choosing and matching materials enables to create a bright and sophisticated place.

Azimut 66 Dragon is equipped with two 1150 HP Caterpillar C18 Acert diesel engines in shaft line transmission which allow to reach a full speed of 34 knots and a cruising speed of 28,5 knots.
