A TERRACE ON THE SEA FOR 360° RELAX

These are the main features of the A66: the large space reserved to the cockpit area is one of the elements that characterise the A66 and make it a one-of-a-kind design. This part of the deck has as many as 3 separate areas, where one can easily move from one to the other with no hurdles in-between.

 

LARGE INSIDE LIVING QUARTERS

The new design concept exploits an elegant semi-raised saloon and last-generation waterlines to obtain inside volumes that are definitely larger than what you would normally find even on much bigger yachts.

The stair leading from the cockpit to the dinette is spacious and not too steep, so as to allow for comfortable and safe access below deck.

Innovative, careful design, together with the forward location of the galley and the large maximum beam, allowed to create as many as 5 comfortable cabins, and a dinette of about 30 sqm: other yachts in the same category do not match these sizes.

 

LIGHT IS THE FIRST FEATURE THAT STRIKES YOU

Perfectly consistent design matches the inside and outside of this yacht, and offers the possibility to see the water from all angles. A completely glass-encased, frontally opening deckhouse affords 360° views of the sea and an incredibly natural air flow. Thanks to the semi-raised saloon concept, it is possible to admire the horizon from inside the yacht, just as it happens from a villa facing the sea.

 

BUILDING TECHNOLOGY

A high-performance hull combined with last-generation waterlines: a perfect match that guarantees high speed also in light breezes. A66 uses the most innovative materials and the most advanced building techniques: sandwich panels with fibreglass and carbon reinforcements impregnated with epoxy resins in a vacuum infusion process, and with unidirectional carbon reinforcements in the areas where the highest loads are applied. The hull and deck are made out of female moulds created using CNC lathes: this provides for a very light yacht and perfect surface finishing. Structural parts are made of composite material with a wide use of unidirectional carbon fibres: this design decision allows for monolithic construction, which does not require to couple together materials with different features. The whole process guarantees optimal results in terms of stiffness, performance and duration of the yacht over time.
