Description
Valle Muria Bay -Lipari
Valle Muria Bay is a large natural cove on the southern coast of the island, surrounded by high coloured cliffs.
Well-sheltered from north-east winds, it is however surrounded by some insidious shoals and is particularly exposed to sirocco wind.
Yachtsmen can approach at less than 400 metres from the ground and drop the anchor in 5 metres of water. The seabed is sandy and quite stable.
