Description

Cala Peticchia (Peticchia Bay) is a wonderful natural bay in Sardinia. Situated within the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park, it offers weekly and monthly berths from May to September.

Well-sheltered from all winds, the bay is a perfect docking place for boats of small and medium sizes, especially if powered by outboard engines. The berths are all well-equipped and under surveillance both at day and at night.

Boaters can benefit from some floating piers and a series of mooring buoys, all equipped with water and electric charging columns. The bay is well-known for its shelter and the peaceful environment its guests can enjoy, along with a wide range of services.

The bay, in fact, offers an annual open-air and indoor winter boat storage service, a dealership of new and second-hand boats and ribs as well repairs of boats with fiberglass hull and boat rental for tourist excursions.

More recently, even a slipway for launch and haulage operations and some cranes have be added to complete the services of the anchorage. Precisely because of its services and natural beauty, the bay is very appreciated by all boaters loving to sail in this area of La Maddalena Archipelago.

Over the last few years, the archipelago has increasingly become a popular holiday destination also thanks to the works linked to the preservation of natural sites under the management of the National Park.

Cala Peticchia is a wonderful bay and offers many services to all boats that decide to explore this wonderful place. It is also suited to medium-sized recreational boats looking for a quiet safe anchoring post.
