Sunseeker Manhattan 53

Sunseeker 53 Manhattan, designed to be the successor to hugely popular 52 Manhattan (2008–11), integrates versatility and performance with unsurpassed luxury in a motor yacht with similar size. Like her predecessor, 53 Manhattan is a 3-stateroom boat with two heads, but without the 52’s sinuous shapes and edges. In addition, the interior of the 53 Manhattan is more space-efficient and features a full dinette on the helm deck, allowing the salon and cockpit to merge smoothly into a vast entertaining space. The 53’s extra hull length is particularly evident in the second guest stateroom, equipped with full-size berths rather than bunks, and her increased beam is clearly visible in the much roomier master suite and salon with plenty of bright windows. Gadgets include a popup flat screen television which rises smoothly from the salon sideboard, a superbly equipped galley with no less than 13 cupboards and drawers, and a vast bathing platform (also the main tender stowage) which is hydraulic at the touch of a button. Note the joystick control system, teak decks, and optional crew cabin aft. The two MAN 800hp—diesels cruise at 22–24 knots (about 30 knots top).
