Effervescent press conference of Ferretty Group at the Boot of Dusseldorf. In 2015 they have registered a 57% increase in the sales volume than 2014 and now, they present three new interesting models: Ferretti 450, Ferretti 850 (we will talk about them in another article) and Pershing 5x.

Design is always by Fulvio de Simoni who has completely renovated the brand style. This 16,5 metre-long coupé is the natural progression of the latest 70 and 140 boats but it has something totally new. First of all, the name, with the “X” which will distinguish all the future models ( and which remembers the acronyms used for some secret and futuristic aeronautical projects)

Below deck, there are many possibilities of customization but standard boats have a large shipowner’s cabin, a Vip cabin and a guest one.

You can have the classic Pershing transmission, with surface propellers and two 1000 HP Cat engines, or two 725 Hp IPS engines. In the first case, maximum speed and cruising  speed are respectively 45 and 41 Knots; in the second one, 35 and 30 knots.
